User Agreement for Bangladesh Players

1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and cd33ap ("cd33ap", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the services available at cd33ap.net, including but not limited to online sports betting, casino gaming, live dealer table games, crash games, slot machines, payment processing, and customer support services.

By completing the account registration process at cd33ap.net, by accessing the platform as a guest, or by placing any bet or wager through the platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the cd33ap platform and close your account if one has been created.

cd33ap reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. When material changes are made, the platform will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered players via the email address associated with their account. Continued use of the platform after the publication of updated terms constitutes acceptance of those updated terms.

1.1 Definitions

• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player on the cd33ap platform.
• "Balance" means the total amount of real-money funds held in a Player's account denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Balance" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus funds issued by cd33ap that are subject to separate wagering requirements prior to withdrawal.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or game entry placed by a Player using real-money or bonus balance funds.
• "Platform" means the cd33ap website, mobile browser interface, any associated APIs, and all services accessible at cd33ap.net.
• "K YC" means the Know Your Customer identity verification process applied to player accounts in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering standards.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time (BST)" means UTC+6, the official time zone of Bangladesh, which governs all time-based platform events including match start times, promotional deadlines, and withdrawal processing windows.

1.2 Governing Language

This Agreement is written and shall be interpreted in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of this Agreement (if such a translation is ever provided), the English version shall prevail in all circumstances.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the cd33ap platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and continuously throughout their use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. cd33ap operates exclusively as an 18+ platform. There are no exceptions to this requirement under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual natural person and not on behalf of a corporate entity, syndicate, or third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly and specifically prohibited by the laws applicable to you as an individual.
• You are acting on your own behalf and are the sole legal owner of the payment method used to deposit funds into your account.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the cd33ap platform or had your account permanently closed by cd33ap for any reason related to a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

2.1 Age Verification Process

cd33ap may request documentary evidence of age and identity at any stage of a Player's lifecycle on the platform. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate clearly showing date of birth. cd33ap reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until satisfactory age verification documents have been provided and reviewed.

3. Account Registration

To access betting, gaming, and financial services on the cd33ap platform, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, and a valid email address or mobile number for account communications.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the cd33ap platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, different device identifiers, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, cd33ap reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances, bonuses, or pending withdrawals held within them.

3.2 Account Information Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and any subsequent profile updates is accurate, truthful, and current. cd33ap may request supporting documentation to verify any element of your account information at any time. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account closure.

3.3 Account Credentials and Security

Your username and password are personal to you. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or permit any other person to access the platform using your account. You are solely responsible for all activity carried out under your account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify cd33ap immediately via the live chat support service at cd33ap.net.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

cd33ap processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform integrates directly with Bangladesh's leading mobile financial service providers to ensure fast, reliable, and fee-free deposits and withdrawals for all registered players.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

All payment methods used to deposit funds into a cd33ap account must be legally owned by the registered account holder. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from a payment method belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will be reversed upon detection.

Bank card withdrawals may take up to 3 business days depending on the issuing institution. cd33ap reserves the right to request identity and payment verification documents before processing any withdrawal, regardless of amount.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

• Players must have wagered the deposit amount at least once before a withdrawal request will be considered.
• Any bonus balance must satisfy the applicable wagering requirement before it becomes withdrawable as real-money funds.
• cd33ap will not process withdrawals to payment methods that differ from the deposit source without a formal change-of-payment verification process.
• Withdrawals requested during peak periods (e.g., BPL final nights, Eid holidays) may experience processing delays of up to 60 minutes beyond standard times.

5. Bonus & Promotions Terms

cd33ap offers a range of promotional offers to both new and existing registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL cricket season, Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses and promotional offers issued by cd33ap are subject to the terms set out in this section as well as any additional specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to a cd33ap account are subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as a "rollover" or "playthrough" requirement). This means that the bonus amount — and in some cases the deposit amount plus the bonus amount — must be wagered a specified number of times before any resulting winnings can be withdrawn as real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier for each offer is stated in the offer's specific terms and conditions.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are non-transferable and are valid only for the account to which they are credited.
• Bonuses must be claimed and used within the validity period stated in the offer terms. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• Only one bonus may be active in a player's account at any given time unless the specific bonus terms explicitly state otherwise.
• cd33ap reserves the right to reclaim any bonus — and any winnings derived from it — if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of a technical error, or use of automated software in connection with bonus play.
• Free spin winnings are credited as bonus funds and are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal unless the offer terms state otherwise.
• Bonuses claimed by players who subsequently open duplicate accounts will be voided across all associated accounts.

5.3 Game Contribution to Wagering Requirements

Not all games on the cd33ap platform contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Typically, slot games contribute 100% of wagers placed towards fulfilling a wagering requirement, while live dealer table games, classic table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack), and sports betting markets contribute at a reduced rate. The applicable contribution rates for each game type are set out in the specific bonus offer terms or in the platform's bonus FAQ.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting markets and casino gaming activity conducted through the cd33ap platform. These rules exist to ensure consistency, fairness, and integrity across the entire player base.

6.1 Sports Betting

• All bets placed on the cd33ap sportsbook are final once confirmed. Players cannot cancel, modify, or reverse a bet after it has been accepted by the platform's betting engine.
• In the event that a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, cd33ap will apply industry-standard settlement rules. Pre-match bets on an abandoned event will typically be voided and stakes returned to the player's balance, unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 24 hours of the original start time.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to real-time odds availability. cd33ap reserves the right to suspend in-play betting on any market at any time without notice.
• Where a pricing error results in odds being offered that are materially incorrect (including but not limited to odds offered in error due to a data feed failure), cd33ap reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players.
• Maximum bet limits apply to individual markets and are displayed at the point of bet placement. cd33ap reserves the right to adjust individual player betting limits at its sole discretion.

6.2 Casino and Live Dealer Games

• All casino games are provided by certified third-party game studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi) and operate on independently audited Random Number Generation systems.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game or crash game round, the round will be settled based on the game server's recorded state at the time of disconnection. cd33ap is not responsible for outcomes resulting from a player's internet connection issues.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits for each game are displayed within the game interface. These limits may vary by game type, game provider, and account status.
• Players may not use any automated system, bot, script, or exploit to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game. Detection of such behaviour will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of associated balances.

7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the cd33ap platform, you agree to conduct yourself lawfully, honestly, and in a manner consistent with the spirit of fair play. The following activities are explicitly prohibited and constitute a material breach of this Agreement:

• Registering more than one account on the cd33ap platform under any name, email address, mobile number, device, IP address, or payment method combination.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information at any stage of the account registration or verification process.
• Using the platform in connection with any criminal activity, including fraud, money laundering, or financing of illegal activities.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal or unlawful activity into your cd33ap account.
• Exploiting any software bug, technical error, pricing error, or platform vulnerability to obtain funds or winnings that would not have been available under normal operating conditions.
• Using any automated software, algorithm, bot, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets, spin slots, or interact with live dealer games.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in multi-player games, live poker tables, or any other collaborative-play format.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing cd33ap support staff or other players via any communication channel including live chat.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account credentials or account balance to any third party.
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming restrictions, self-exclusion tools, or cooling-off periods by creating a new account.

cd33ap employs fraud detection and risk management systems that monitor for unusual betting patterns, rapid account creation, and other indicators of prohibited conduct on a continuous basis. Players found to be in breach of any of the above prohibitions may have their accounts suspended, balances forfeited, and access permanently revoked without prior notice.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

cd33ap reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player's account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or unverifiable identity or age information.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or involvement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• Failure to provide identity verification documents within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Player-initiated account closure requests, including self-exclusion requests submitted through the responsible gaming tools available in the player's account dashboard.
• Extended account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months without any login activity.

8.1 Player-Initiated Closure

Players who wish to close their cd33ap account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team via live chat at cd33ap.net. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds) will be returned to the player's most recently used withdrawal method within 5 business days. Bonus balances that have not yet met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

8.2 Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to self-exclude from the cd33ap platform for responsible gaming reasons may do so through the responsible gaming section of their account dashboard or by contacting support directly. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. Players who self-exclude must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by creating a new account. 8.3 Inactive Account Policy

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. cd33ap will notify the account holder via their registered email address before any administrative action is taken on an inactive account. Any real-money balance in an inactive account will be preserved and returned to the player upon successful identity verification, up to any applicable statutory limitation period.
